Qualifications:

Support for catering business, restaurnts  and hotels in the following fields:

·       Organization from the beginning or reorganization of serving food departments(kitchen operation, restaurants , warehouse, room service, Haccp)

·       Staff selection and human resources management

·       Knowledge and event organization 

·       Supplies organization, appraisal of row materials and suppliers

·       Cart design in different concepts and supervise the food quality

·       Cart menu , standard recipes and food cost in cooperation with the FB

·       Education kitchen staff in Haccp andι Iso 22000
